Adult Ski Rental Package

I accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment while it is
in my possession, and AGREE TO REIMBURSE MOUNTAINSIDE SPORTS FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, or DAMAGE AT FULL RETAIL VALUE. I also agree to return the
equipment in clean condition to avoid any additional charges.

I understand that ski boot bindings are designed to reduce the risk of
degree of injuries from falling and that despite the fact that adjustments have been made, I also understand that the bindings will not release under ALL circumstances and are no guarantee for my safety. Furthermore, I recognize the fact that there is an inherent danger in the use of the equipment. I have made no misrepresentation to my height,
weight age or skier type.

I am aware that skiing and snowboarding involves risks, dangers and hazards and that injuries are an ordinary occurrence of the sport. In consideration of the rental to
me of this equipment, I agree to RELEASE Mountainside Sports and/or any
employee from any liability and to hold the same harmless and blameless
for any damages and injury to myself or to any person or property resulting from any advice or act, or lack thereof, including selection or adjustment the sole responsibility for any and all such damage or injury even if caused or contributed to, by the negligence of Mountainside Sports or any of its employees.

By agreeing to this document you will waive certain legal rights, including the right to sue.
